thinking of breaking up with my babys father

im thinking of leaving my sons dad becsue ok i have alot of strech marl on my legs stomach and between my legs near my area i feel like noones going to love me like me should i tell him to give each other some time apart i just also feel confused about my love for him yeah i care about him i dont want anything to happen to him but i feel depressed about the way i look for having my son.
