Movements & pains..

I will be 34 weeks tomorrow with a baby girl. This is my second child. Today I haven't felt her move as much as she usually does & when I stand up I get a sharp pain in my lower back on the left side. I've also had a few sharp pains in my stomach & ovary area. But I linked that to because of being constipated. I plan on calling doctor after I get home& have the chance to lay down & count the movements I can feel. But what is the count supposed to be? & has anyone else had this problem? I tell my dr about pains I have all the time but my dr isn't concerned at all he says second time pregnancies (well any after the first time) is more painful. He told me at the middle of my pregnancy that the last 6 weeks will be the worse as far as pains go..
