I still go in fact, ongoing swimming today. They've told me that if I go swimming on my period, that it holds the blood up while your in water. But I wear a tampon just in case.

I don't know why girls believe that weird myth. Your period definitely does not stop if come in contact with water. If this were the case, I'd float in a swimming pool/bath tub for a week out of every month.

Ew no. Wear a tampon. That is a myth. And, it is also very unhygienic. Tampon is the way to go.

I wore tampoms of course but i hate the uncomfortable feeling while I have it in. So I try to get out the water every like 15 minutes or so. I've never tried it but I've heard a diva cup is also a good option.
