I keep reading and hearing that Indian women in labour make the most noise... What has race/religion got to do with it??

It has nothing to do with race but 100% due to culture. I can't say if that's true or not but different cultures handle labor differently.

This made me laugh. I am indian and I don't think it's true. It varies person to person irrespective of race I guess. But yes I have seen that most of the girls here are very scared of labor pains. Maybe it's because of how they show it in the movies here, the actress is usually shouting and screaming, they really make it seem so much worse than I think it is.

Maybe they are less likely to take pain medication due to their beliefs and therefore are more vocal. Idk. That's all I got. Lol. Never heard of that before though.
