safe exercises?
I'm 14 weeks and have lost a substantial amount of weight (doctors want me to continue to loose because it's not harming baby). the majority of my excess weight has always been stomach but now with losing weight everything is starting to droop and its putting some pretty painful extra pressure on my hips/lower back. I was told no abdominal work outs (no crunches, sit ups, planking etc) so does anyone know of a workout that will help without putting stress directly on my midsection?
