Feeding--what worked for you

While on maternity leave I have been BF. She usually nurses for 5-10 minutes day/night. Gaining weight just fine so Dr. isn't concerned. I was pumping a good amount to get my freezer supple for when I return to work. I've slowed the pumping now that I've accumulated a fair amount of oz.
My 4 week old is waking up every 2 hours to feed. We've introduced the bottle & she does excellent! (Only use when have to right now) I am thinking we need to start establishing a routine since I am headed back to work in 2 weeks. (Waking up at 5am!!) I know they say baby can drain a breast better than a pump. But if my baby is feeding for 5-10 minutes she can't be getting 2-3 oz of milk.. Is she waking up that frequently to feed cause she isn't getting enough? Would switching to a bottle at night or every other feed be better for her? Something to try out?! I need some advice and help!
We can get to bed at night early enough, but it's having to be awake by 5am that I am concerned about.
We were giving the pacifier at night, but when she loses it outta her mouth she fusses. & that happens constantly throughout the night. We've done without it the past two nights and it's been just fine.
