Indulge in cravings or not?
With my first baby, I gained like 60 lbs. I stayed big. This pregnancy i lost 25 lbs, (morning sickness) and have actually kept most of it off. When I hit my second tri, I started to get cravings for sweets, but that's stopped and now in my 3rd tri my weights kind of at a stand still of 165. (Originally 181 prepregnancy)
Anyhoo, ladies, I get hungry. Alot. I wake up hungry, im hungry an hour after i eat, so I'll just eat some carrots. Small breakfast but hunger pains come and go throughout the day. Should I eat something each time even though my appetite isn't there? I had just gained so much weight my first go round, I don't want to make the mistake of over eating. Don't get me wrong! I eat!! But also sometimes if I eat too much in one sitting, I get sick. Can anyone relate?
