Cloudy pee?

Question

Is this a normal thing? I haven't had my first doctors appointment yet but I go in a few days but I'm just worried. Any help?

I found this article on my other pregnancy app and it says:
Benign cloudiness is attributed to secretions and totally harmless, especially if you only see it for one day without other symptoms. Variations in urine are mostly due to hormonal or dietary changes, especially if you are eating lots of dairy or big meals at night. If cloudiness is combined with a strong odor, it could be a sign of Urinary Tract Infection or Proteinuria, which occurs when your urine passes too much protein during pregnancy. Changes in urine, including a burning or itching sensation, could also be a sign of sexually transmitted disease, so talk to your doctor immediately if you think this is the case

I get it lots, I've had it since before I was pregnant. It seems to only be in the morning when I'm dehydrated. I have my it one tested every 2 weeks and nothing is wrong!
