Is it safe to take your medications while TTC or being pregnant?

I have weaned myself off my meds to TTC because I want the baby to be as healthy as possible but 4 months have gone by and am starting to get really moody.  I'm going to talk to my doctor but wanted to ask on here first.

Talking to your doctor is a good idea. Certain meds are more beneficial than harmful.  My doctor told me Zoloft is considered pretty safe, but you should still ask your own doctor.  Being depressed or otherwise emotionally ill whilst pregnant is not a great idea.

You weaned yourself off your medications without talking to your doctor first? It's okay to take medications while ttc. Once you are pregnant that is when medications will be changed. You should have talked to your doctor first.

My doctor told me no there’s risks, I’m off all meds anxiety and depression it’s been hard but my husband and I conceived and are now almost 6 weeks along.
