Could this be a miscarraige?

Its like i can walk and stuff but i cant take mind of the pain, its like period pains.. Belly, back and legs. Pains not one sided. Just bottom and top of belly then alover back and legs. What would you suggest?

I've had days with lots of cramping off and on, aches and pains. I'm 11w2d with twins and was told not to worry unless there was blood. Lots of stuff needs to grow and move to accommodate the growing baby!  I had a previous miscariage and so am rather paranoid at every little cramp and different sensation. :). Try to relax!   No need to worry unless you see blood. :)
