VITEX DELAYING PERIOD ?

Hi has annoying tried taking vitex to regulate a period cycle ? I started it because i started spotting quite alot after my period , in my charts it says i havnt ovulated since being off pill 3 months , can annyone relate ?

Answer

If you got off the pill, you may not ovulate for a while. Also, Vitex needs to build up in your system to get the full effect. This can mean up to 3 months before any results.
