Hospital bag items???

What all should I pack for baby? Like amount of each and what? Also what should I pack for me? Only 5 more weeks and having to prepare lol

For the baby I will put 4-5 body suits
Go baby home outfit
2-3 blankets,Passafire( depends if you want)
One bottle, diapers, lotion for the private part of the baby so it doesn't irritate, wipes... 
For you: 1-2 pj, toothpaste, toothbrush, confi underwears, breastpads, chargers( phone,tablets ect..) and a to go outfit
Some snacks and drinks will help too...

I packed my son's bag already and I put the following in his bag

Mittens(2)
Socks(4)
Onesies (4)
Pants (4)
Hats (2)
Receiving blanket
Blanket to bring him home with
Wipes ( just in case he throws up on the way home)
Booties (incase it's too cold)

Contact your hospital for what they recommend and what they provide. We've barely used anything we brought and we've been here almost 48 hours. The hospital has provided pretty much everything we could want/need minus clothes and toiletries.
