TTC no success yet

We have been trying to conceive for a whole month now I am currently 19 Dpo & took 4 pregnancy test this month and all were negative. AF was supposed to arrive on July 22nd and is now five days late and it's so frustrating! Don't know if I should give up and just let it be or....
