Well it wasn't so much the fall but the moment leading up to it. I was walking down some rock stairs and my left foot totally twisted and in trying to catch myself my right leg from knee down did some crazy twisting. I ended up falling, luckily not very hard but now I am in so so much pain!! I can barely walk and of course I have to keep getting up to go to the bathroom. To top it off I have been dealing with severe sciatic pain this weekend so I am basically just in constant pain now.
