Dizziness

I'm 7 DPO, too early to test, don't usually obsess over possibly pregnancy signs, don't get my hopes up, TTC for almost 3 years

About 45 minutes ago I started feeling dizzy, couldn't walk straight, thought maybe since i hadn't eaten, so had a sandwich

Is not going away! I'm sitting/reclining and head feels swoony just looking left or right. It's really intense!!! Feeling like you do when you spin around and around really fast then try to stand still.

Mildly nauseous and head feels heavy.

Wth is going on?!

UPDATE:So after about 6 hours in the ER, including CT scan, urine and blood tests, physical checks, lots of IV fluids, and meds for nausea, dizziness and headacheDr diagnosed me with Vertigo and migraine. Said their urine and blood tests both were not pregnant. Side note :Test i took before leaving the house for the hospital approx 6pm, definitely had a faint positive lineTest i took after getting home from hospital approx 12 : 30am, also definitely had a faint positive lineTook a test upon waking this morning approx 9am, looks negative, but I think I can see a very faint line (could just be line eyes)Wondering if maybe all this may have been a failed attempt by my body at implantation ?

strip test this morning was negative, but yesterday's was positive, thinking maybe my body tried and failed, af due on Monday

Still feeling it, a bit worse, also feeling drained and headache, can't move around without getting dizzy, now it's been almost 4 hours, hubby is about to take me to ER, will post an update later

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean it that way!! Dizziness is a natural symptom of pregnancy and does not mean miscarriage at all. Hope all goes well as in hope you get your BFPB😊
