After giving birth body

Are you worried about what your body is going to look like after you give birth? I'm 22, and this is my first baby and I'm worried. Will I be able to wear a 2 piece bathing suit? will I still feel attractive? Will my body go back to normal? It just hit me that I might never look the same.
