I am 28 weeks pregnant with twins and I am leaking colostrum like crazy when I don't have my bra on...what should/can I do?  I feel terrible because I know that it's very high in nutrients that my babies need... Can I start manipulating my breasts by pumping up until baby arrives?  If not, what should I do or how should I go about fixing this "problem?"  Thanks so much ladies.
