Can't feel my baby. Please help!

Hello ladies,

i'm on my first pregnancy so, I have no experience... I'm today 19w + 3d.

Last week I began to feel my little boy (bubbles), not every day, but sometimes also twice a day... What a great feeling... But today is the 3rd day that I haven't felt him at all and I begin to be very worried... I don't know if he is fine... I have to tell you that mine is a anterior placenta. Can anyone of you help me please? What should I do??? Thank u
