Hi! My names Alexis! I'm 23 and I'm 8w2d pregnant! This is my second pregnancy, my first baby was born at 32 weeks due to placental abruption, and she's perfect! Went to my high risk OB yesterday and he scared the crap out of me. He said that lupus puts baby at high risk for a heart block which means if that happens the baby will have to have a pace maker put in immediately after birth! As of right now I am to take things easy, I'm on baby aspirin once a day for right now but he said there's a good chance I'm going to be put on heparin.  Anyone else going through the same thing? Or close lol
