This sounds stupid... but I never learned how to tell when you're ovulating. I'm always so nervous to have sex with my hubby because i want to avoid pregnancy at all costs. (Bc and condoms used) we have twins but we can't afford another baby right now so i just want to know how to track ovulation? Please, no bashing. I already feel stupid enough as it is.
