39+4 days ..

I'm 39+4 days and no signs of my son trying to make his way into this world 😏 I'm 2cm dilated and my OB swept my membrane yesterday. I hardly got any cramps after I was checked. Anything you guys recommend me doing? I walk steps everyday, 6 floors 4 times in arrow and nothing has happened 😐 Advice please? I'm aware my son will make his way into this world until he's ready.
