Nausea comes and goes?

So yesterday I had intense nausea all day long, no vomiting just sea sick all day with a headache. Today I woke up well rested and have yet to have any queasiness. Does nausea sometimes come and go one day to the next like this?

Girl, I was fine up until a few days ago. It's been on and off ever since. I am now 7w 4d. Just the hormones. 😜😜

Yes! I freaked last night because after eating dinner I felt great (like even my sense of smell was normal). Woke up this morning and blahhhhhh I feel like crap again. Should've enjoyed my good phase instead of worrying lol.
