Iron-free prenatal vitamins - Irl/UK
Just wondering if any mams-to-be have found prenatal vitamins without iron in Ireland or the UK? Boots only seem to have Pregnacare, Sona and own-brand, all of which have iron. I also tried Holland and Barrett and they only have Pregnacare. Having a tough time with constipation and have read it could be the iron.
