My husband and I are thinking about starting to TTC our first. I used to be super fit and into a lot of sports. I want to get back into shape because I've heard that it helps to return to your normal weight, shape and reduce recovery time after the baby is born. I would love to hear from you ladies in the comments of what your experience was like trying to get back in shape. Did you succeed? What helped you get to your goal?
