Yeast infection and BV

So my first prenatal visit was on yesterday, during my exam on my lady parts my doctor stated that I had a yeast infection and also Bacterial vaginosis. Is this common or should I be concerned? I had no symptoms of yeast infection, but did however experience a different smell from my lady parts that lead me to think I indeed had BV.. This is my first pregnancy and I'm not sure if this should be happening to my lady parts. I'm 6 weeks and 2 days
