Need your opinions ladies..

So a used to be coworker who I am still friends with on facebook recently lost her baby. She was 40+ and we supposed to be induced on a Tuesday came in the Sunday before due to not feeling well and baby not moving. She found out baby had passed. There was no obvious reason for the event. I am trying to be considerate and not post much about my pregnancy/baby. How long should I wait? Or what do you ladies suggest?
