Carpal tunnel!!??

Question

Is it normal to get carpal tunnel in my hand at 21 weeks??? I go to my doctor Aug. 5th so I'll know for sure if it even is that, but my sister had it later in her pregnancy and said it sounds like I do have it.

I said, "Yes" though I want to add: I don't know if it's 'normal,' but I have it @25 weeks. Sucks ass, but is improved with braces worn at night while sleeping. Joints are stiff in the morning, but it goes away after I start exercising my hands (gradually clenching my fists, general movement). A hot shower has been helping as well...

Yep! I had it starting at 33 weeks.. I'm now 4 weeks pp and I still kind of have it but it is going away. Pregnancy does weird things to your body lol 😊 but it's normal.
