What is your favorite way to relax?

We all how important it is to stay relaxed and stress free while TTC. what is your favorite way to stay relaxed?

Laying in my hammock eating my fudgecicles watching the dolphins swim in the back bay at sunset...
It is fabulous and I am blessed

I love when I go get a massage , or when my husband and children are out of the house and I can appreciate the silence lol

I like to read and go to the gym. I have a daughter so it's rather hard to take time to myself. By the time she's down, I want to go to bed too. Baths are nice, just gotta move all her toys out first. 😂

Bath, with Epsom salt, bubbles, a candle, and music. Or a good book with my headphones in. :)

Watch a movie or TV show with my husband. Something we both like.
