I've always been on the bottom and I want to try going on top. Does anyone have any tips for a first-timer? I'd really appreciate it!

Instead of making your thigh muscles do all the work bend over him more so you're face to face and chest to chest. Then use mainly your ass to move up and down. It's not as tiring and if you're jiggly like I am you don't feel so self conscious because you're pressed against each other. Is super intense and can be very romantic.

If he's someone you're comfortable with, tell him you want to be on top but you want him to do the moving part. You just had yourself up and it feels amazing. Going on top the first time for me felt sexy for all of 10 seconds, and then I lost it. I am heavier, so it's hard to get a good motion going or do a lot of bouncing, so I began to feel inadequate.

Don't psych yourself out! Laugh with your partner, it helps. They will love the view and appreciate your effort, even if nothing feels great for you at first. Be open about what works and what doesn't.
