Perineum tear??

My son is 15 months old, when he was born I had a 3rd degree perineum tear. It healed after a few weeks and was ok. We always had to rest in between days of being intimate and be more careful though. Now that we are TTC and I'm in my fertile week it's been bothering me!! Today almost couldn't have sex because of the pain from yesterday! Idk what to do though?? 😞 any tips or advise?
