Im not pregnant yet but me and my boyfriend are TTC we are both 23yrs old & i when to my Ogyo today she prescribe parental vitamins is ok to take parental vitamins even tho im not pregnant?

My Dr told me to start taking them as soon as we started ttc so that I was in the routine whenever we did conceive. Your body will flush out whatever you don't need.
