I dont agree with them. If you are thinking of having an affair i think you might as well just leave your SO and then get with someone else

I can see this being true in certain situations... If your SO isn’t open to trying something you want/like or doesn’t satisfy you? If you’ve talked about this concern with your SO and it doesn’t change anything.... This could take a toll on the relationship in other ways, but if you got that satisfaction in other ways then it wouldn’t be an issue... No relationship is perfect and there’s always a “compromise” but if one little thing will improve your overall outlook, then fix it.... 
*** I do NOT mean random acts whenever you please or on a whim or anything like that. But if something is lacking that really bothers you & is affecting you, then why not consider all options? Do what is right for you— right? Above all, you have to make yourself happy & take care of your own needs.

My fiancé would kill me. I would be afraid. If he cheated on me.. It would be over. Done deal. No second chances. I would never forgive so if it's worth the risk than hes not for me.

I heard about that study too & the times where it might actually help are SO limited. Theyre talking about when youre both still 100% in love but one of you just has zero sex drive left for whatever reason. 
They are NOT talking about serial cheaters, or dirty messaging strangers online, or having two or three people on the side. All while your SO sits at home wondering where the intimacy has gone.
