Faint line..then dark, then bleeding, now what?

So I was 4 days late, took hpt, got a faint line. Took again next day, solid line. Yay. Next day, cramping and bleeding...light bleeding, spotting, blood while wiping, and once small clots size of pencil dots. Went got blood test...negative.

Either late period or early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy.

So how do I know when I'm ovulating? Assuming it was late period, I should be at peak fertility this Saturday but as of now my cm is still sticky.

Should we just be having sex everyday?
