Bit concerned need advice agen :/ sorry T.M.I

So I've had a miscarriage was brown and tacky then had a heavy bleed for a full day then got lighter still with the brown discharge and now I've stopped bleeding I still have the brown discharge it's not that sticky and tacky now it's more like stringy n gooey I've had miscarriages B4 but had a long heavy period this one lasted for 3 days but still got the brown discharge now n I'm still having tummy cramps even tho my period has stopped just wondering if any1 else has experience this

The doctor doesn't think I've had a miscarriage bt I know my body and she kept changing her tune with wat she was saying I felt like she just didn't care she said I wasn't pregnant n then said if I was I lost it coz of my weight n said she was even surprised i still got periods :/

I am over weight and have been trying to lose weight bt she was just making any excuse not to send me for tests as this is my 3rd miscarriage now :/

But I'm worried and dnt want to ring the stupid doctors agen :/
