On the 10th day after my miscarriage is it possible to still see positive test ?

I did U/S on the 6th day after the miscarriage my Dr said all the tissues is out. I had sex after my bleeding stop so I don't think it has anything to do with it. Any ideas. Help please

I still test positive and have pregnancy symptoms three months after my miscarriage. It can take up to six months for your HCG levels to even back out. A blood test or ultrasound is really the only way to tell for sure in that time period.

I've heard you can test positive as far after as 8-9wks (and if you still do beyond that it could be that you didn't fully clear everything). I assume it depends on how far along you were and what your levels were at the time of abortion. A person further along will probably take longer to go back to 0, and multiples mean a higher reading from the start, so could take longer to drop. Etc. If you weren't that far along before you stopped producing hcg, it probably won't take long to drop.

Take a test every few days. If the line is getting lighter, then you know it's just leftover hormones fading. If the line continues to stay the same darkness, or gets darker, then it's possible you're pregnant again.
