Week 5 Symptoms?

I am super paranoid about this pregnancy even though I have no reason to be other than the fact we tried so long for a 2nd child this feels too good to be true.  I wanted to know what symptoms you guys are having or had during week 5?

I've been feeling gassy, constipated, nausea, headaches, and loss of appetite.

So tired. And I've got cramps. Other than that just the hormones going crazy. At 5w2d I was over 3200 hcg.

I'm also 5 weeks. The fatigue is the worse thing. Occasionally I get a little nauseous or experience a little dizziness.

I'm 5w1d and my symptoms are : sore/hard and enlarged boobs, nauseous, no food sounds good, and constipation.

I am 5 weeks and 3 days. My nipples hurt, hungry, nauseas, and i get really tired around 3pm. Im a little nervous because my boobs dont hurt that bad today. I had a missed miscarriage in april and all my symptoms just stopped so im really nervous with this pregnancy.

Thanks ladies! I am 5 weeks this morning and I still have cramping in my lower abdomen and lower back especially if I have carted my toddler around or been on my feet a long while.  So I am nervous about the cramping and glad to see you ladies have it too.

I've been getting cramps for the past week and yesterday I started feeling dizzy in the evenings. Also get winded very fast. Oh and gassy! Lol

I'm 5 weeks as well... I have really bad fatigue I literally lay in bed all day.. I have mild cramps.. And I have a appetite like no tomorrow.. I get emotional here and there
