Unexpected results from 1st trimester screening

I just got a call from my doctors office saying that my blood test showed risk factors for trisomy 21 and that I'll have to have more tests done. I'm of course panicking and the nurse said it's nothing to get worried about yet bc the tests often come back with these results. Anyone else having this experience? I'm trying not to start sobbing at work, but I'm pretty close!
