Should I worry?

I had a cervical exam this morning & I'm having brown discharge when I wipe. I'm 28 weeks today.

Your cervix is probably just irritated from the exam. If it gets worse, red blood or severe cramping I would go to the hospital.

I bled a little bit when I had my pelvic exam. I'm sure it's fine. But if you're nervous about it, you can always call your doctor.

Very normal. Hate your dr didn't warn you. Anytime they do a pelvic exam you are likely to have bleeding due to the increase of blood and the capillaries all around there are sensitive and the least little bit of manipulation will bust them and make you bleed. No worries unless it gets really heavy then consult your dr.

I've always spotted after Pap smears and cervical exams. As long as it's a light amount and brown I wouldn't worry. I'm 24 weeks and had the dr look at my cervix a few days ago and I'm spotting brown too.
