Cramping and back pain????
I'm 25 weeks and 4 days. I just started cramping and lower back pain. I don't believe I'm having contractions bc my belly is not gettin hard dr believes I already lost my mucus plug. Any thing I can do to relieve some of these cramps. I just took Tylenol but any thing else
