Anyone doing pilates still? Need advice
Hey girls so I'm 19 weeks and have been doing pregnancy pilates for 30 minutes once a week. It's mainly because I have pain in my left hip and I didn't want it to get worse during pregnancy so the doctor suggested pilates to keep things supple. Anyway it was going fine and I enjoy it but this evening I'm very sore and uncomfortable after my session today. I don't know if perhaps I just over did it or if it's normal now I'm getting bigger? My bump is very achy and the hip that was painful is now even worse. I will mention it to my instructor but I'm just looking for other mom's to be who may have an insight xxxx
