possibility that I'm pregnant ?

Af came 7/11/15-7/15/15 , ovulated 7/25/15 DPO 10 .. had sex with SO every other day . been feeling nauseous, spitting a lot, lower back pain mainly in the left area, right boob bigger than left one & currently been taking prenatals vitamins for almost a month .. Doctors appointment 8/6/15 .
