This may seem like a very elementary question, however I am curious.

Say you didn't realize you were pregnant so you continued doing ovulation tests, and for 5 days straight it said you were at your peak fertility. (Solid smiley face on clearblue) Would a test like that detect a pregnancy hormone? Especially if you've taken HPT's that come back negative?

What would the ovulation test do if you were in fact pregnant?
