So I'm a lesbian and not ashamed and me and my partner are trying to conceive . Any advice ?

Naturally with a very close friend of my wife and I. We want him to be in our child's life. Like as of now we all spend time together 2-3 times a week. And he is complete okay with the situation and is very understanding.

Can I ask a very personal question? You don't have to answer at all if you don't want to obviously and I am not asking this to be offensive I swear, I am just honestly genuinely curious. Are you TTC by going to a fertility clinic and getting IVF? Or are you using an alternative method, a friend donor or something?

I just ask because I've seen some very young lesbian couples post that they are TTC, and I honestly kind of wonder how they have the money to do IVF because I know it's soooo expensive! I think the same about hetero couples who are that young as well getting IVF as well of course, but I have seen 4-5 lesbian couples who's profiles say they are only 20-25 but TTC, so I'm just being nosey. Then I wonder if there isn't an age limit to IVF, like do you have to be over say, 21 and under 50(?), or can you do it any time over 18 if you have the money?

Again I did not mean any offense by this post, and if you feel it's out of line please tell me and I will delete it. I apologize in advance if I was rude, but I just don't know any lesbians who are TTC personally so I was curious as to how it works for couples so young especially.
