How do you know?

I have been frustrated because I keep getting different answers on when a woman ovulates. Does anyone know for sure?

Answer

Its different from women to women. If your periods are regular, most likely you are gonna be ovulating in the middle of your cycle.
Or think about it this way: lets say your period is due the 28th, you are gonna ovulate 14 days before that, so that would be the 14th. 
To be sure on this take opk's around the middle of your cycle and chart your ovulation on glow.
