Registry Issues!

I don't know if I just want to rant or if I have a question, I guess both. On my Target registry, a bunch of stuff got marked as purchased, but oddly marked as 2 of 1 (like someone bought two even though the request is for 1). These are items I have not received from anyone. Some of the items I need, but I'm not sure I should re-register for them? I guess I could always return them. And why does Target registry suck so much! (Some stuff in store, much of it isn't, things get discontinued a lot!!!)
