What are the chances?

So when I was 14 I started dating my bf while he was 21, I'm 18 now and my mom hates my bf. She said she's gonna go to the police and report him for dating me underage while I was 14. We've been together for 4 years now and is it still possible for him to get arrested for dating me while I was underage? I live in Canada btw. Please help! I dont want my bf to go to jail! i'm also pregnant with his baby. Gosh I hate my mom for doing this to him :(
