I'm in first stage of labour - any advice?

I'm waiting at home as long as I can - any hints or tips on dealing with the pain? Thanks!

My midwives said take a gravol and an extra strength acetomenaphen or two and sleep if early labour starts at night to try to rest up for active labour

I stayed home for the majority of my labor, and for most of that time I was in the bathtub. I feel like it really helped me feel more relaxed and in a way made the pain less. In addition, I was able to fully rest between contractions.

Do you have a medicine ball? That can be helpful to sit and rock on.

Putting a pillow between your legs, lying down and focusin breathing bc u still need some rest.
