Helpful for fatigue
I have been extremely fatigued and going into my 8th week, it is only getting worse. I noticed that, since fruit is a natural way to raise glucose, I have a small piece of fruit every few hours or a naked juice. This seems to perk me up a bit and keep me from passing out at my desk. I'm a preschool teacher and my kids think I've died on them somedays lol!
