What are the best questions to ask your doc at the first appt?

This Friday is my first ultrasound and appointment with my ob/gyn.  Ladies, what are the best questions to ask at this appointment?  I would love to take notes and write my questions out in advance!

Ask a question if you have a question, but I wouldn't worry about trying to create a list just for the sake of having a list of questions. They'll give you a lot of info at your appt. go through it, if you have questions after that, ask.

They will asking you so many questions that many that you have, will be answered. This appt is really to just make sure you are pregnant and how far along. You can ask what you need to expect during your 1st trimester. That would be a good one.
