9w2d and fainted :(

Has this happened to anyone? I fainted while grocery shopping. I've felt more nauseous today than I ever have. While waiting to pay, things started going fuzzy and then I fainted. Good Samaritans came to my aid immediately (thank goodness)... And I made it home fine. I've called my doctor and she just said that I should drink and eat. I'm completely freaked out though and feel like a complete mama failure. Anyone have any insights on this? Everywhere I look, it doesn't seem too abnormal... But it was scary!
